KIRA
Childhood best friend of Glance & Gaze, Kira is rebellious, sassy, and impulsive. She's a punk rock girl with a great passion for music, especially for you guessed it, Punk Rock. She can play various instruments such as the drums, bass, piano etc. but her all time favorite is her trusty guitar.
She lives with her single father and her older brothers, with a lack of a healthy mother figure. Much like her father she has no issue finding a partner and a job, keeping them for longer than a week is a different story.
She has no issues speaking her mind and standing up for others when necessary. She is also quite rebellious which gets her into trouble with the law often.
She has known Glance & Gaze since kindergarten making them very close. She was mutually antiquated with Tock, who she finds to be a little weird, but are good friends.

Trivia
- Kira was originally created with flipnotes in mind. Her first sketches were made in Flipnote Studio.
- Her overall design was inspired by Yumi from Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi. Naturally, she has a punk design.
- Aspects from her design were taken from a shelved OC who looks very similar to Kira, except her main color was red instead of blue.
- Kira's name was also taken from a different shelved OC who looked similar to Gaze.
- Kira's love for punk music is taken from my own appreciation for the music genre.
- Her last name "Strummer" is named after her love for playing the guitar. It also serves as a homage to Joe Strummer of "The Clash". She's not related to him however.
- Another contender for her surname was "Sturmer", named after Andy Sturmer of "Jellyfish". Ultimately it wasn't chosen due to Strummer fitting more with both the guitar aspect and the punk rock aspect.
- An early concept for Kira involved her having a love interest for Glance, but I felt that would be complicated to write for. Ultimately I felt it was way more comfortable to have them as simply good friends along with Gaze and Tock making them a close friend group.
- Kira's first Flipnote appearance was in I My Me Mine.
- Kira has different piercings on each ear.
- Kira's hair is naturally blue.
